Accident w/ Rescue - Seaford Delaware

On 9-12-2013 the Seaford 911 Center alerted Sta.87 Seaford, Medic 107 and Trooper-2 for a accident with rollover on Atlanta Rd near Earle Ln. 87-15 (C Purse) arrived on location to find the driver trapped in a vehicle that had struck a utility pole and rolled several times and landing in a soybean field. EMS crews from 87 arrived and began patient care. 87-15 ordered Rescue 87-6 to prepare to remove all four doors and take the roof off the vehicle.  Firefighters Ron Marvel & Brian Truitt teamed up and and began setting up the tools and and cutting on the passenger side rear door. Once the rear door was removed they could see the driver was  actually in the back seat after being tossed around during the rollovers. The patient was removed and packaged by EMS crews to be transported to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital.
